Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to lead back-end operations across our bakery and cloud kitchen.
What you'll own:
- Daily kitchen operations & production quality
- Staff management, rostering & training
- Inventory, ordering & stock audits
- Cost control, SOPs & vendor coordination
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Background in bakery, cloud kitchen, or QSR preferred
- Strong leadership, food safety knowledge (FSSAI/HACCP), and inventory management skills
