Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at our cafe. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, maintain kitchen hygiene, and prepare food with consistency and care.


Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble café food items

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

Follow recipes and presentation standards

Manage ingredient preparation and storage

Ensure food quality and consistency

Handle kitchen opening and closing duties

Maintain stock and inform about shortages

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations

Passion for cooking and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with positive attitude

Punctual and disciplined

Café or kitchen experience is a plus
