# Position: Project Manager – CSR & NGO Operations 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *Project Manager* who can lead CSR project execution, proposal development, stakeholder coordination, and NGO operations.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of CSR processes, government liaisoning, documentation, and project implementation.

## Key Responsibilities

### CSR Project Management

* Handle end-to-end execution of CSR projects.

* Coordinate with Corporates, PSUs, Ministries, and CSR departments.

* Manage timelines, budgets, reporting, and compliance.

### Proposal & Documentation

* Prepare DPRs, proposals, presentations, and project reports.

* Draft MoUs, agreements, utilization reports, and CSR documentation.

* Maintain project MIS and monitoring systems.

### Corporate & Government Liaison

* Build relationships with CSR heads, PSU officials, and funding agencies.

* Conduct meetings, presentations, and project negotiations.

* Follow up on approvals, sanctions, and documentation.

### Field Operations

* Coordinate implementation teams and vendors.

* Conduct site visits and monitoring activities.

* Ensure quality and timely project delivery.

### Fundraising & Partnerships

* Identify new CSR opportunities and funding sources.

* Develop strategic partnerships with organizations and institutions.

## Required Qualifications

* Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years experience in CSR, NGO, or project management sector.

* Experience with PSU CSR projects preferred.

* Knowledge of CSR laws, compliance, and reporting standards.

* Strong communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
