Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Team Member)


  1. * Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) for all products and inventory
  2. * Possess basic food knowledge (ingredients, shelf life, storage)
  3. * Handle guests professionally and ensure good customer experience
  4. * Operate POS system (billing, payments, order entry)
  5. * Have good knowledge of cakes & pastries (flavours, customization, suggestions)
  6. * Support overall outlet operations smoothly
  7. * Perform opening duties (setup, cleanliness, stock check)
  8. * Handle closing duties including cash tally & variance reporting
  9. * Prepare and manage online orders (Zomato/Swiggy, etc.)
  10. * Ensure proper food packing as per standards
  11. * Manage counter handling (display, billing, customer interaction)
  12. * Assist in floor handling (service, cleanliness, coordination)
  13. * Maintain good personality & grooming standards
