Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2B travel inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations for Singapore and Malaysia tour packages. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the travel industry are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with travel agents across India for B2B travel inquiries

 Prepare and share competitive quotations for Singapore & Malaysia packages

 Handle professional email communication and respond promptly to inquiries

 Follow up with agents for pending queries and booking confirmations

 Assist travel agents with reservation and operational requirements

 Process bookings and coordinate with overseas operations teams

 Maintain accurate booking records and client database

 Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Provide after-sales support and resolve agent/customer queries

Eligibility Criteria

 Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred)

 Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in travel sales/operations

 Good communication skills in English and Hindi

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Strong email writing and professional communication skills

Preferred Skills

 Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia destinations

 Understanding of B2B travel operations

 Experience with travel booking systems/GDS (for experienced candidates)

 Knowledge of tour costing and package creation

 Existing network with travel agents (added advantage)
