Job Title: Senior Telesales Associate – Insurance Sales

About Us: Saima Financial Services is a growing financial advisory firm specializing in General Insurance, Life Insurance, and Personal Insurance solutions. We are focused on delivering value-driven policies while ensuring high customer satisfaction and strong retention.
Role Overview:We are looking for a highly driven Senior Telesales Associate with proven experience in the insurance industry who can own the sales cycle, close deals aggressively, and maximize revenue generation.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound & inbound telesales calls for insurance products
- Generate leads, pitch insurance solutions, and close deals efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products (Life, General, Health, etc.)
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in insurance (mandatory)
- Strong closing skills with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales
- Prior experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance preferred
Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Incentives: 5% per sale (earning potential up to ₹1,00,000/month)
