INDKAL – Brand Advisor (ISP) / Shop Promoter
Company: INDKAL
Position: Shop Promoter / Brand Advisor (ISP)
Location: PAN India
- Language RequirementsHindi & English
- Regional language is mandatory
- Compensation & BenefitsCTC: Up to ₹24,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Benefits: PF + Insurance
- Age CriteriaMaximum 40 years
- Experience RequiredMinimum 1+ year of experience in Mobile or Laptop Sales (In-Store Sales)
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer sales inquiries and provide product information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate products to customers and explain features.
- Maintain minimum stock levels at the store.
- Submit daily sales reports through the application.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including Team Leaders (TL), Area Sales Managers (ASM), and shop owners.
- Educational QualificationMinimum 10th Pass
