About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client interactions, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The candidate will play a key role in coordinating between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal departments for pricing, product availability, and timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and forecasts in CRM/ERP systems.
- Support customer communication by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Track sales targets, monitor progress, and share regular updates with management.
- Organize and prepare materials for industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking to support sales strategy.
- Ensure smooth internal workflow by aligning sales, logistics, and accounts teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields. MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or support roles within electronics, industrial automation, or electrical products.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with electronic components such as sensors, relays, connectors, and automation solutions.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and support technical sales documentation.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- Effective coordination between sales, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Customer satisfaction through prompt communication and support.
- Contribution to achieving overall sales targets and smooth operations.
