We are a fast-growing garment factory producing viral-trending apparel. We are looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator to live and breathe our factory floor. Your job isn't just to "record videos"—it is to turn our manufacturing process into viral storytelling that drives 100% organic sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Daily Content Capture: Shoot raw, high-quality footage of the factory (stitching, printing, packing, and new design samples) using a smartphone or camera.
• Viral Editing: Edit 1–2 Reels/Shorts per day using trending audio, fast cuts, and engaging captions.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on Instagram/YouTube trends and adapt them to our "Factory-to-Customer" niche.
• Organic Engagement: Reply to comments, engage with followers, and manage our WhatsApp/Instagram DM funnel to convert views into orders.
• Storytelling: Show the "behind the scenes"—the hard work, the quality of fabric, and the excitement of daily dispatches.
• What We Are Looking For:Native Social Media User: You know what makes people stop scrolling. You understand the "hook, meat, and CTA" structure of a video.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps like CapCut, VLLO, or VN Editor.
• Aesthetic Eye: You can make a simple pile of shirts look like a premium collection through lighting and angles.
• Consistency: Someone who can post daily and doesn't wait for "inspiration" to strike.
• Direct & Candid: No corporate fluff. We want raw, authentic, and fast-paced content.
• Bonus Points If:You have experience in fashion or e-commerce content.
• You understand how to use "Comment-to-DM" automation tools.
• You have a portfolio of Reels that have previously gone viral.
