We’re looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who will work closely with Arjun Karnany across operations, business development, execution, and personal brand building.

This role is for someone who likes fast-paced work, can handle multiple things at once, and wants real exposure to how a modern creative agency runs behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting directly with day-to-day founder tasks
• Coordinating shoots, meetings, timelines, and follow-ups
• Helping manage client operations and internal workflows
• Supporting outreach and business development activities
• Researching brands, trends, creators, and content ideas
• Helping build the founder’s personal brand on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Assisting with captions, content planning, hooks, and content execution
• Managing documents, decks, trackers, and basic reporting
• Helping with vendor coordination and communication
• Being the extra brain and extra pair of hands during hectic execution days

Who This Is For

• Someone highly organized and proactive
• Someone who can think fast and execute faster
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong understanding of Instagram, content culture, and trends
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or content creation
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, Canva, etc.
• Someone who wants to learn business, not just “do an internship”
• Gurgaon based preferred
• Bonus If YouShoot/edit content
• Understand reels and storytelling
• Have worked on student clubs, startups, creators, or brands
• Can manage chaos calmly
