Crazistudio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with experience in YouTube podcast editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video storytelling, podcast content formats, social media trends, and the ability to create engaging long-form and short-form content for digital platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit YouTube podcast episodes with high-quality visuals, audio syncing, transitions, subtitles, and graphics.
• Create engaging short clips, reels, and highlights from podcast episodes for social media platforms.
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound balancing, and motion graphics.
• Add intros, outros, lower thirds, thumbnails references, and branding elements as required.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and podcast hosts to maintain content quality and consistency.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content according to publishing schedules.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, and audience engagement strategies.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in video editing, specifically for YouTube podcasts or digital content.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention techniques.
• Experience in editing multi-camera podcast setups and audio synchronization.
• Knowledge of YouTube content formats, aspect ratios, and optimization best practices.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual effects.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
• Preferred SkillsExperience creating viral short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of thumbnail design basics and YouTube analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and workflow automation.
