Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs across various media. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in leading design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand project goals and develop concepts for graphic designs.

Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine creatives based on feedback from clients or creative teams.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is delivered on time.

Technical Skills: Stay updated with the latest graphics trends and technologies to ensure high-quality output.

Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, producers, and directors to achieve the desired outcome for each project.

Qualifications:

• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
• Producing designs, storyboards, mood boards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into compelling visual narratives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
