Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs across various media. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in leading design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand project goals and develop concepts for motion graphics.

Storyboard Creation: Design storyboards to outline the visual flow and animation sequences.

Animation Production: Create animations and motion graphics using software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.

Visual Design: Develop and design visual elements, including graphics, typography, and color schemes that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Video Editing: Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics seamlessly into the final video product.

Sound Design: Incorporate sound effects and background music to enhance the overall impact of the motion graphics.

Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine animations based on feedback from clients or creative teams.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is delivered on time.

Technical Skills: Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends and technologies to ensure high-quality output.

Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, producers, and directors to achieve the desired outcome for each project.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related fields.
• Min. 1 yr experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, and graphic design fundamentals.
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
