Job Profile: Social Media & Public Relations Executive (Political & Office Support)

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and creative person to help with our political and social work.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot photos and videos of development works, public relations programs, and meetings in the area.
• Do basic editing of photos and videos to prepare them for social media.
• Create and publish regular posts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and X (Twitter).
• Prepare press releases, applications, letters, emails, and other necessary documents, and email them to relevant departments.
• Maintain an organized record and follow-up of ongoing development works, complaints, and various projects in the area.
• Prepare posts, creatives, and content related to political, social, and personal activities as directed by the public representative.
• Conduct field visits as needed to document work and prepare reports.
• Assist in daily office tasks and maintain necessary coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Good writing and typing skills in Hindi or English.
• Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, email, and internet.
• General knowledge of photo/video editing apps like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with social media platforms and AI.
• Ability to capture good quality photos and videos using a smartphone and camera.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Desirable Skills

• Work experience in the political, social, or media field.
• Experience in content writing, graphic design, and video editing.
