Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support business growth through effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain products/services and handle customer queries
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Maintain call records and follow up with interested prospects
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
  • Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
