Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership and Management: o Supervise a team of legal and B2B agents and provide guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals. o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges. o Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback. 2. Unit Recovery Operations: o Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates. o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical collection practices. o Handle escalated cases and resolve customer concern to collect the unit. 3. Performance Monitoring: o Track and analyse team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). o Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. 4. Training and Development: o Provide ongoing training to team members on collection techniques, systems, and regulatory requirements. o Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities. 5. Customer Relationship Management: o Ensure a customer-centric approach in all collection activities, maintaining professionalism and empathy. o Resolve customer disputes effectively and ensure satisfactory outcomes. 6. Process Improvement: o Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for process optimization. o Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce delinquency rates, and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Education: Graduate. Experience: o Proven experience in collections, with at least 1 years in a leadership role. o Familiarity with recovery laws and regulations. Skills: o Strong leadership and team management abilities. o Excellent communication and negotiation skills. o Analytical thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
