Job Description
Job Title: International BPO
Company: Conversion Matrix 360
Location: H-70, H Block, Sector 63, Noida – 201301
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Summary:
Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies and international communication standards
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed
Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance-based salary increment
Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Stable working hours
Preferred Candidate:
