Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent – International Voice Process (USA & Canada)
Location: Noida Sector 62 (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada Time Zones)
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, confident, and result-driven professionals to join our team as Outbound Sales Agents for an international voice process. In this role, you will engage with decision-makers across the USA and Canada, driving business growth through effective communication and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers in the USA & Canada.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and effectively handle objections
- Follow structured sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and call processes
- Consistently achieve daily call targets and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven international sales environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and fluency
- Strong sales acumen with persuasive communication skills
- Prior experience in an international voice process / outbound sales preferred
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with the US & Canada time zones
- Confidence in interacting with international clients
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or service-based selling is an advantage.
