Job Overview:
Vinay Electronics is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to handle incoming client calls and assist with service-related queries. The candidate will also support basic administrative tasks and manage communication through social media platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding LED TV service requests and inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Respond to customer queries on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
- Perform basic administrative tasks like data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English speaking)
- Polite and professional phone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, etc.)
- Understanding of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
