Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in admission.
  • Provide detailed information about Graduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding course selection based on their interests and career goals.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain and update student data in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, or online meetings.
  • Handle inbound queries via phone professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for updated information.
