Job TitleFemale Telecaller
Job DescriptionGS Enterprises is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over phone, generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the sales team.
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up on leads and quotations.
- Maintain customer records and call logs.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order updates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- RequirementsFemale candidates only.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but freshers are also welcome.
Salary₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
