Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Call dealers, distributors, retailers and business leads daily

• Explain MoonAir air cooler models, pricing, schemes and offers

• Generate new dealer and distributor leads

• Follow up with interested parties until order closure

• Maintain daily calling report and lead status

• Coordinate with sales team for quotations, dispatch and payment follow-up

• Build long-term relationship with channel partners

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic English understanding preferred

• Confident on phone calls

• Sales mindset and follow-up discipline

• Basic computer / mobile CRM knowledge

• Experience in telecalling, sales, dealer calling or B2B sales preferred

• Freshers with confidence can also apply

• Telecalling sales

• Consumer durable / appliances / cooler / electronics sales

• B2B lead generation
