Job Title: Sales Executive (Outbound Sales)

📍 Location: Sector 18, Gurugram (Work From Office)

💰 Compensation:

• CTC: ₹23,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: ₹19,300 per month
• Performance-based Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

🕒 Shift Timing:

• Day Shift
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📅 Working Schedule:

• 6 Days Working
• Sunday Fixed Off

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates: Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Undergraduates: Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Prior sales experience is mandatory
• Maximum age limit: 30 years

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Generate sales and consistently achieve assigned targets
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Update and maintain sales records and customer data
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
