Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Process Management: Handling the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and secure referrals.
  • Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software and generating sales reports (conversion rates, forecasts).
