Job Description

Hiring: TeleSales Executive (Real Estate)

📍 Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West

🏢 Company: GrowMax India Realtors

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives


  • Key Responsibilities:Calling and qualifying fresh leads.
  • Inviting prospective clients for site visits.
  • Regular follow-up with interested customers.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for visit scheduling.
  • Maintaining lead data and CRM updates.
  • Achieving a minimum target of 8 client visits per month.
  • Ensuring quality conversations and lead nurturing.
  • Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Telecalling/Telesales experience preferred.
  • Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
