Role Overview

Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic food preparation tasks, including preparing waffles, garnishing dishes, and assembling menu items.
• Take customer orders and provide accurate information about menu offerings.
• Prepare food items according to recipes and operational guidelines provided by the Store Manager.
• Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas through sweeping, mopping, and general housekeeping.
• Prepare and organize ingredients while ensuring adequate stock levels in the kitchen.
• Handle phone orders and provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management at the outlet.
• Participate in training programs to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and brand awareness.
• Support overall store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functioning.
