Job Description

  • Artisanal Bread Production

Prepare and bake a range of artisanal breads including:

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Focaccia
  • Ciabatta
  • Brioche
  • Bakery & Confectionery ProductionPrepare and bake cakes, brownies, cookies, muffins, croissants, Danish pastries, and other baked products.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portioning.
  • Follow production schedules to meet daily operational requirements.
  • Quality AssuranceMaintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Ensure products meet Spillhouse standards for freshness and taste.
