Insurance Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents.
• Drive health insurance sales through the Agency and Tied channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, POS partners, and channel partners.
• Generate leads and convert them into business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct training and motivation sessions for advisors to improve productivity.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or direct sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
