Senior Accountant

Job Position: 

Senior Executive - Accounts & Admin.

Department – Accounts & Operations

Industry Type - Home Textiles & Furnishings, E-commerce.

Target Audience - Hospitality Industry, Pan India

·      The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

·      The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition.

·      You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

Job Responsibilities: ·      

. Data entry in Tally Prime for all sales/purchase /bank & cash transaction.

·      Maintain staff records, sundry debtors & creditor’s statement etc.

. Maintain inventory on Excel

·      Complete payment reconciliations of all bank & clients & e-commerce platforms on periodical basis.

·      File all monthly/quarterly statutory reports filings like GST/ TDS/ PT etc.

·      Assist the auditors in all monthly /quarterly/annual statutory filings like TDS/GST etc.

. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/yearly business reports.

·      Handle general office admin jobs like HK/HR/Logistics/Couriers etc.

Skill Sets·      

. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

·      Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced formulae’s like V-lookup, Pivot Tables.

Experience & Remuneration:·      

. B.Com/B.Sc in accounting, finance or relevant field.

·      Experience of min. 2 years

·      CTC : INR 2.50 to 3.50 L p. a
