Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Planning

● Plan monthly YouTube content calendar aligned with brand goals (weight loss

challenges, student transformations, podcasts, shorts, recipe videos, etc.).

● Research viral topics, trending formats, and competitors in the health & weight loss

niche.

● Suggest new content ideas that drive weight loss motivation, emotional connection, and

virality.

2. Video Publishing & SEO Optimization

● Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keyword tags for every video.

● Create high-converting thumbnails (work with designers if needed).

● Add chapters (timestamps), end screens, cards, playlists, and pinned comments to boost

watch time and engagement.3. Channel Growth & Analytics

● Monitor YouTube Analytics (views, watch time, click-through rates, retention) and

suggest actions to improve performance.

● Implement strategies to increase subscribers, watch hours, and video reach.

● Regularly update the channel homepage layout and playlists to optimize viewer

experience.

4. Team Coordination

● Coordinate with video editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, and hosts (like Richa

Ma’am, Sumeet Sir, etc.) for smooth production.

● Ensure timely uploading of scheduled videos without delays.

● Maintain proper folder management of video assets and backups.

5. Community Management

● Monitor comments and engage with the audience meaningfully.

● Highlight positive transformation stories from comment sections to inspire others.

● Remove spam and manage negative comments respectfully.

6. Revenue & Monetization Focus

● Ensure all videos follow YouTube monetization policies.

● Explore and implement strategies to increase AdSense revenue.

● Plan for YouTube Live sessions, premieres, and exclusive content for boosting earnings.

7. Special Campaigns

● Support promotions of special programs (e.g., 7 Days No Food Challenge, Quit Carbs

Movement, etc.).

● Drive traffic to Indian Weight Loss Diet App and courses via video CTAs and links.

8. Reporting

● Share weekly and monthly performance reports (with insights and action plans) with

management.

● Track competitors’ performance and suggest growth hacks accordingly
