Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Admission Support Executive to manage communication with prospective students and their parents through calls. The role involves providing clear information about courses and the admission process, addressing queries, and supporting candidates throughout their admission journey. This is an office-based role in Mandi Gobindgarh, suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 6 months of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and parents over calls and provide admission-related information
• Explain courses, eligibility, and admission procedures in a clear and professional manner
• Handle queries politely and build a positive interaction experience
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update student details in the system
• Coordinate with parents when required to support the admission process

Requirements:

• 6 month or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi is a plus)
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of customer or student interaction
• Comfortable working from office (Mandi Gobindgarh)
