Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Immigration

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our immigration team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating leads, and promoting study visa and immigration services.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
- Provide information about study visas, tourist visas, and immigration services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable countries and programs.
- Generate and qualify leads for visa applications.
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure conversion.
- Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with visa counsellors and documentation team.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling or immigration industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
