About the RoleGhai Electronics is hiring motivated and energetic Field Officer Sales (FOS) professionals to strengthen Airtel distribution operations in the local market. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in telecom sales while working closely with Bharti Airtel Limited, one of India's leading telecommunications companies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Market CoverageVisit assigned retailers daily within the allocated market.
• Promote and sell Airtel prepaid SIM cards and services.
• Ensure retailer engagement and product visibility.
• Achieve monthly sales and activation targets.
• MNP (Mobile Number Portability)Generate and convert MNP leads.
• Promote Airtel MNP offers to customers.
• Conduct MNP awareness and activation campaigns.
• Achieve assigned MNP conversion targets.
• Collections & Retailer ManagementCollect payments from retailers as per company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Resolve basic retailer concerns and coordinate with the office team.
• Ensure timely reporting of market activities.
• Marketing ActivitiesExecute Airtel promotional campaigns and market activations.
• Participate in roadshows, camps, and retailer meetings.
• Support branding and visibility initiatives in the market.
• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
