Job Description
We are hiring a female Telecaller who can efficiently manage both inbound and outbound calls, guide students, and convert leads into admissions for our courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling
- Call prospective students from provided data
- Explain course details, batches, and offers
- Convert leads into admissions
- Regular follow-up with interested candidates
- 2. Inbound Call HandlingHandle incoming student/parent queries
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
- Counsel students for the right course selection
- 3. Lead ManagementMaintain call records and follow-ups
- Update CRM/Excel sheets daily
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth admissions
- 4. Sales & TargetsAchieve admission targets
- Handle objections confidently
- Build strong rapport with students and parents
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Confident and polite speaking style
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools)
- Ability to work under targets
- Positive attitude and discipline
- Preferred SkillsExperience in coaching institutes/EdTech
- Knowledge of exams like BPSC, UPSC, SSC
- Prior telecalling or sales experience
- Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary + Performance-based incentives

- Working Days6 days working (1 weekly off)
