Job Description

Role Snapshot

  • Call inbound/leads & cold lists; pitch products, handle objections, and close orders.
  • Own daily call targets (100+ dials), talk-time, and conversions.
  • Qualify prospects, schedule demos, and push WhatsApp quotes.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene: update status, next steps, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales/dispatch for quick TAT and repeat business.
  • Collect feedback & upsell/cross-sell from existing customers.

Must-Haves

  • Clear Hindi + basic English; Punjabi bonus.
  • Confident phone presence, persistence, and high energy.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets; CRM/WhatsApp Business familiarity.
  • Target-driven attitude—numbers excite you.

Good-to-Have

  • Prior telecalling/BPO/inside sales experience.
  • Industrial/oils/lubricants exposure.
