Job Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, generating revenue, and building a strong network of advisors and partners.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Acquire clients for personal, home, and business loans
Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and close deals
Achieve monthly sales targets
2. Team Building & Expansion
Recruit and onboard loan advisors/referral partners
Train and support team members
Drive team productivity and performance
3. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with banks/NBFCs
Manage client relationships for repeat business
Build and expand referral networks
4. Market & Strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Identify new growth opportunities
Provide feedback to improve business strategy
🎯 Requirements
1–5 years of experience in sales/business development (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to travel (field work)
