पद – फील्ड ऑफिसर
यह 100% फुल-टाइम फील्ड जॉब है। कार्य के दौरान गाँव-गाँव जाकर किसानों से मिलना, ऑर्गेनिक खेती के बारे में मार्गदर्शन देना, किसान गोष्ठी आयोजित करना तथा कंपनी के कृषि उत्पादों का प्रचार-प्रसार करना होगा।
आवश्यक योग्यता:
- कम से कम 1 वर्ष का फील्ड सेल्स अनुभव।
- बाइक/स्कूटी एवं वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अनिवार्य।
- वर्तमान में पढ़ाई कर रहे छात्र एवं पार्ट-टाइम जॉब चाहने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन न करें।
- उम्मीदवार को उत्तर प्रदेश एवं बिहार के किसी भी जनपद में आवश्यकता अनुसार रहकर कार्य करने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए। ड्यूटी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों या जहाँ बिक्री की अधिक संभावना हो, वहाँ दी जा सकती है।
