Job Description
Job Summary: First Mechanic is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to drive franchise expansion across target markets. The role involves connecting with potential investors, explaining the business model, and converting leads into successful franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generated leads and inquiries regarding franchise opportunities
- Explain First Mechanic’s business model, investment structure, ROI, and support system
- Qualify potential franchise partners based on financial capability and interest
- Schedule meetings or virtual presentations for senior sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships
