Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Banking (UK Process)Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Banking (UK Process) team. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and delivering excellent service while maintaining high quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support
- Provide accurate information regarding banking services and products
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and process guidelines
- Meet quality and productivity benchmarks
- Eligibility Criteria:Graduate (mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in chat/customer support process preferred
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Shift Details:5 days working week
- Rotational shifts (24x7 process)
