Job Description
We are looking for Customer Support Executive.
Location - Goregoan West (Work from Office)
Shifts - 5 Days Working with 2 rotational offs
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Entering, updating, and maintaining records in the company database (CRM or ERP systems).
- Drafting reports, managing physical and digital files, and ensuring all paperwork complies with company policy.
- Assisting with internal workflows, such as processing invoices, managing payroll data, or updating inventory logs. Handling internal correspondence, coordinating between different departments, and responding to inter-office queries via email or chat.
- Quality Assurance: Fact-checking data for errors and ensuring that all administrative tasks meet regulatory standards.
