Job Description
Academic Success Strategist –Drive student success by combining career counselling with strategic sales. You will engage with aspiring MBA /BBA/BCA/BCOM candidates, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right online MBA programs while ensuring high conversion and enrollment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on online MBA/BBA/BCA/BCOM programs, career paths, and outcomes
- Own the end-to-end enrollment journey (lead → counselling → conversion)
- Build trust through consultative selling, not pushy tactics
- Achieve revenue and conversion targets
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with marketing & partnerships teams to improve lead quality
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication + persuasion skills
- Ability to balance empathy (counselling) with target-driven sales
- Interest in higher education / edtech space
- Self-driven, high ownership mindset
