Client Relationship Manager & Business Development Manager

Work Mode: On-Site + Extensive Travel Flexibility (Pan India)
Working Days: 6 days/week
Holidays: 4 fixed offs/month + Public Holidays + 1 Emergency Leave/month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexibility Required for: client meetings, site visits, outstation travel, exhibitions, gala dinners, networking nights, & training events)

Role Summary:
As a Client Relationship & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Driving new business,
• Managing HNI and enterprise clients,
• Maintaining industry relationships, and
• Executing premium tech solutions with precision.
You will represent the brand, coordinate with internal teams, and build long-term value through customer excellence and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts and projects.
• Maintain high standards in client servicing, post-sale support, and relationship nurturing.
• Create a seamless experience for clients from project initiation to completion and after-sales care.
Business Development & Sales:
• Identify and convert new business leads across high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Engage with architects, designers, developers, and consultants.
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and technical proposals tailored to client needs.
• Close deals through confidence, clarity, and conviction.
Networking & Industry Outreach:
• Attend exhibitions, gala events, trade shows, and partner training meets.
• Build relationships with architects, OEM partners, and consultants.
• Represent Audiovoxx in public-facing brand and product events.
Sales-Tech Expertise:
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and pricing sheets.
• Create structured client communications via email and corporate documents.
• Use CRM tools, lead management systems, and Excel to track performance and sales activities.
• Excel in copywriting and crafting compelling client messages.
Digital Engagement:
• Coordinate with the marketing team to strategize and implement professional social media content.
• Build a personal and company presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Convert on-ground experiences into share-worthy digital moments.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Technology
• 2–6 years of work experience in client-facing roles in sales/BD/automation industry
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM Tools & Social Media Platforms
• Strong technical grasp of AV, automation, IoT, or related industries is highly preferred
