Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Present products or services to prospective customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Resolve client issues to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
