## Experience Required

1–4 years in Accounting, GST, and Reconciliation activities

## Qualification

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification

* Strong knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles

* Good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

## Key Responsibilities

* Verification and reconciliation of GST returns and GST-related data

* Preparation and filing support for GST data and documentation

* Creating sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes

* Bank reconciliation and monitoring daily banking transactions

* Payment reconciliation with vendors and customers

* Party ledger reconciliation and maintaining accurate accounting records

* Follow-up for pending payments and coordination with customers/vendors

* Maintaining books of accounts and accounting documentation

* Recording day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems

* Assisting in monthly closing and MIS reporting activities

* Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams when required

* Monitoring receivables and payables

* Ensuring proper filing and documentation of invoices and financial records

* Performing other routine accounting and finance-related activities as assigned

* Good understanding of GST compliance and accounting procedures

* Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication and follow-up skills

* Ability to handle reconciliations independently

* Basic knowledge of banking and payment processes

* Candidate having experience in FMCG, garments, footwear, retail, or trading business will be preferred
