Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Attend to walk-in customers and assist with sales.
  • Handle billing and operate the POS system.
  • Maintain stock, product displays, and shop cleanliness.
  • Pack customer orders and coordinate with the delivery team.
  • Write customer names and short messages on cakes using cream piping and be able to fix the cake if any damage is done to the cake,
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 10th Pass.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a bakery, retail store, or customer service role. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and laptop usage.
  • Write customer names and short messages on cakes using cream piping and be able to fix the cake if any damage is done to the cake,
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
