Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Job Allocation: Dispatching field technicians and engineers for both routine service and emergency breakdowns.
- Customer Support: Serving as the main point of contact for clients to log complaints and provide ETAs on technician arrivals.
- AMC Management: Following up on contract renewals and scheduling preventive maintenance visits.
- Logistics & Reporting: Ordering replacement parts, tracking inventory, and maintaining digital service logs.
- Create, update and maintain all service records in CRM.
Skills Required:
* Knowledge of elevator/lift service operations preferred
* Experience in CRM handling and record management
* Good communication and follow-up skills
* MS Excel, email, and reporting knowledge
* Ability to handle multiple service calls simultaneously
* Documentation and record maintenance skills
Qualification:
* Graduate / Diploma preferred
* Experience in elevator industry preferred
* 1–3 years experience in service coordination preferred
