Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for the Chemicals & Paints industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating business opportunities, promoting products, and building strong client relationships in the industrial, paint, coatings, and chemical sectors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote chemical and paint products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase market reach.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer support.
• Arrange product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Prepare marketing reports and maintain client databases.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of paints, coatings, chemicals, or industrial products.
• Client handling and relationship management.
• Market analysis and lead generation skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2–6 years in Chemicals, Paints, Coatings, Industrial Products, or related industries.
• Candidate should be willing to travel for client meetings and market visits.
