Job Description
A Customer Care Executive is the first point of contact for customers, acting as a liaison to provide product/service information, resolve queries, and maintain high satisfaction levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing accurate information, solutions, or alternatives.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assisting in training new team members and providing support to colleagues as needed.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
