E-commerce Ads Manager/Marketplace Ads Manager

Location: Greater Noida West

Experience Required: 3 +

Salary: ₹20 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Ads Manager who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on driving sales, improving ROAS, and scaling brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Advertising

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
• Plan Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other marketplace advertising formats.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns and improve product visibility.
• Coordinate with catalog and content teams to improve ad performance through listing optimization.

Meta Advertising

• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan and execute campaigns for conversions, traffic, retargeting, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Set up and manage audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data and optimize creatives, budgets, and targeting strategies.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Track advertising spend, revenue, and profitability metrics.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketplace advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.
• Understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
