Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates for the role of Recruitment Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews for different hiring requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Hiring for live streaming creator profiles
• Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms
• Screening and shortlisting candidates as per requirements
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinating interview schedules and follow-ups
• Assisting in onboarding and recruitment activities
• Maintaining candidate data and recruitment records
• Managing end-to-end hiring processes
Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Active on social media platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
